Your Vertigo could be due to cervical spondylosis or cervical muscles strain. I have few questions like How long do you have vertigo? Do you have previous history of vertigo or cervical spondylosis? Do you use gadgets in prolonged neck bending position? You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for three days. You should do neck stretching exercises three repetitions thrice a day with proper guidance. Avoid using high pillow. Avoid lying on your stomach, instead you can lie on your stomach or sides. Avoid prolonged neck bending position.
Next Steps
If the symptoms persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physician or Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.
