What's the nature of your work mam? This cannot be cured with any medications, bcs it's just gonna reduce your pain and sufferings, not gonna alter the on doing damage. Ur current pain and vertigo is due to cervical spondylosis, causing nerve compression by prolapsed disc, there may be a degenerative disc causing this issue. Better do an MRI Cervical spine with whole spine screening and find out whether u have a prolapsed disc at one level or multi level disc degeneration. Also do some life style modifications, try to use ur screen placed at the level of ur eye site. Do sternocleidomastoid strengthening exercises, apply soft cervical collar. That will help.
Thank you
