CBC Report analysis
My CBC Report States Haemoglobin at 12, PCV/HCT at 38.8 and MCH at 26.1. My random sugar is at 118. Kindly suggest what action I need to take in my diet. So I need to take any medicines? If yes what and till what time. All the other CBC parameters are normal.

The selective blood test reports looks alright.
No information on lipids , renal profile liver function.
If your random sugar level is 118 ,it's normal
Since you are an hypertensive on telmisartan 20 mg,I assume your BP is under control.
However it's advisable to reduce your weight by 7 kg as your BMI is 28 - overweight .
