Cavity in my upper right tooth
From last 3-4 days , a little sensation is happening. I am sure it's a cavity , needs cleaning and probably filling also.

visit a dentist near you and get the cavity filled if its shallow, but if it's deep then you have to get the RCT done for that tooth.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. If required get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

Hi , wow this sounds like a plan .. kidding Jokes apart , there can be a variety of reasons for sensitivity in your tooth, there can be a small cavity in your teeth or it can simply be a gum swelling. Get a thorough check up done as soon as possible to diagnose the cause and get the necessary treatment.  A small cavity in a tooth can be sorted by a normal filling.  But if the situation is prolonged small cavity becomes big and now the situation cannot be sorted by just a filling , it might require a root canal treatment , which is little more extensive  compared to a filling. Let's hope the best for your tooth and hope the problem can be sorted by as  minimal invasive treatment as possible
Next Steps
get a radiographic examination done to check for any cavity, if yes then how deep it is
Health Tips
Small fillings done at an early stage of cavity formation are much better and long lasting than big fillings than a root canal treated tooth  with even bigger fillings and crown on it.

Hi sir It's quite possible it's a cavity. You may also feel food lodgement. If that is the case please get a filling done at the earliest since it is already sensitive.
