Cavity tooth
Hi doctor, I had done a root canal for an upper tooth in 2010.  Now all the cement has fallen off. And the tooth broke in two pieces. And I can see skin has grown in the middle of the tooth. Some times when I eat  food it bleeds a little there. I'm having cold from few days because I had to use very cold water and dust exposure. I thought of extracting the tooth after my cold gets alright. But today when I brushed my tooth it was bleeding tooth much there. After little while it stopped bleeding. I still have cold and cough and facial pain due to cold. I cannot extract now. Could you say something on this.

Hi..the main reason for broken root canal treatment teeth is failure to place the crown after the RCT.Anyway, for better diagnosis you have to visit dentist for further follow up after your cold symptoms relieved.Saline gargling with salt and analgesics, antibiotics can give you relief for your symptoms. Then go ahead with dental procedures for that particular teeth..

Hi, Visit a dentist and get an x-ray for the tooth. Extraction can be done once you feel a little better.
