Cant sleep
I work in a night shift. Earlier i used to sleep for 7-8 hours straight without any disturbance. But since 15-20 days i am unable to sleep. I sleep after coming from office around 6 in the morning and wake up unexpectedly around 8.30 Or 9 and after that even after so much attempta to fall asleep again I fail. I manager to get 1-2 hrs of sleep again in the evening around 3 or 4. I suffer from all night headache , dizziness after that. This has become a continuous phenomenon now. What to do?

Hi Please reduce caffeinated drinks because people who work night shift, they keep on drinking coffees & smoke cigarettes or chew tobacco products ( though not all), start practicing this so that you will get good day time sleep & you can work in the night without help of nicotine or caffeine. Thank you.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. There are many reasons for sleep disorders, but most common one is stress or anxiety in your mind. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times in terms of job pressures or relationship issues or financial stress or health issues or any environmental changes. Any of these could be triggering you with some understanding or anxious or worrying thought. If your mind is pre occupied with such thoughts, obviously your sleep routine, digestion, energy levels get disturbed and cause headaches or dizziness or nervousness etc. Be positive. First take a professional counselling help to figure out what's bothering you mental. Then you can adopt suitable treatment or techniques to overcome this problem naturally through few fine tuning to your lifestyle, dietary, excersise routine, relaxation techniques, self therapies etc. Be positive. You will be alright soon. Feel free reach me online for further evaluation and recommendation.
