I am currently working in night shift but in office I sleep for 4 hours, and in day time 2-3 hours. Is there any issue for my health?
Tips for me please.
Thanks in advance :)

Hi Dear
Night shifts disturbs your sleep cycle.
What I feel if you are sleeping at night you are sleepy at work, and bot fully concentrating on the task. If you can avoid that or if is comfortable with you it is good.
Include exercise in your routine.
All the best.

Night shift disturbs your biological clock and increases stress level. I would recommend try following a exercise regimen. Moreover maintain work life balance do not forget to take out time from your busy schedule to pamper yourself and to indulge in things you like. Vent out talk to people whenever you feel the need. Since your biological clock is also modified I would strongly recommend that you follow a consistent routine when it comes to meals and relaxation
