Im 22. I work in night shifts and usually sleep on daytime. Is working in night shifts bad for our skin and health?

Hi yes...long term work can be problematic for you...it will change circadian rhythm causing sleep deprivation,concentration issues,tremors,headaches,high blood pressures etc...consult physicians they will explain in detail
