It seems that the cause for your insomnia is the constant stress. Only sleeping pills will not help unless the cause of stress is eradicated.
Please do see a therapist or Psychiatrist for this

Hello.
I understand that it must be difficult for you to deal with the situation as of now. As you have mentioned there are certain stressors that you are currently dealing with which is impacting your sleep.
Stress can impact various aspects of life, it can even impact your day to day activities. Hence it is very important to deal with the same. Since the stress is due to certain issues with regard to your spouse, it is very important to talk to him and deal with the same. It is important to let him know how you are feeling and come together and reach a solution.
Lack of sleep can be due to stress and not being able to deal with it. Once you are able talk to your spouse and make him understand the situation, you will feel more relaxed. With regard to walking unconsciously during sleep, it is important that you take it seriously. If it is the first time or been happening for a while, it would be better if you could consult a psychiatrist to understand the core of the issue.
Next Steps
Communication is the key. Talk to your husband about how you feeling. If that is difficult as of now, consider talking to a close friend or family member with whom you feel comfortable and fine. It is important that you do not bottle up your feelings.
Health Tips
I would encourage you to consult a psychiatrist to understand more about walking in the sleep.

Hello practo user
I can understand your concerns regarding your overall health . Stress can have a negative impact on sleep and cause disturbances . It seems that you are unable to express yourself and that might be aggravating the problems . You can try and practice these steps for a better sleep hygiene -- limit your screen time of phone / laptop etc at night , avoid heavy meals and caffeine in the evening , take a warm shower before bed and have some relaxing tea . You can practice deep breathing and meditation to help relax your mind. Try and talk to a close friend or family member . Spend time doing activities which make you happy . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a further evaluation and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
