Hi,
Sleep has a big connection with our thoughts. If the things are not going as per our expectations, subconscious mind will be busy to find a solution, then although you are tired and wanna to sleep, brain doesn't answer as it works hard to solve the problem.
Meditation, relaxation and Yoga can help priority. But you need a help of a professional to resolve all the thoughts in your subconscious mind.
Please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible because sleep is the fuel of our brain and body, if fuel doesn't reach to engine, we can't work or do our daily activities properly.
Please take care.
Next Steps
please consult with a psychologist/therapist as soon as possible.
Hello there. There are several reasons for insomnia including physical causes, stress, environmental factors and mental health issues. You mentioned having tried some strategies which do not seem to help. Since it has begun to affect your work and personal life I would recommend you to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist who could help you explore your situation and find a solution.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist/psychologist who could evaluate you further and give you appropriate advice.
Madam,
Please follow sleep hygiene tips for better sleep.
Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature
Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom
Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime
Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
If it doesn't help then only see a psychiatrist, to dwell more on sleep related issues.
