You can get married there is no problem in that just inform the other party family about your illness in advance if they accept you the way you are then there should not be any problems. Marriage is not only about having children it is about understanding and companionship if there will be any problems regarding your health then they can be managed medically so it won’t be any problem if it would be an informed decision.
