Can't straighten leg
I can't straighten my leg whenever I try to do it , back and side of my knee hurts very badly . There is no swelling whatsoever . I got hurt while playing football

You should give ice pack for 15-20 minutes twice a day... You should do hamstring stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should do IT band stretching and strengthening exercises with guidance. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic.

Did u have a contact injury like a fall. Take some rest and ice and consult your ortho or physio online to rule out any internal injury like ligaments or meniscus injury. Follow PRICE. Protect rest ice compression and elevate.

It can be hamstring...or TFL most probably...u need to get examine first by a physio...before starting any strengthening programme...as unhealed or misaligned structure will hurt further on loading..

May be its hamstring tightness. From how many days you are having pain? Do u walk or do any sort of exercises? You can use ice pack twice a day. You can do hams stretches twice a day.
