Can IBS happen without pain/cramps
Hi all, I have had indigestion for a year. My symptoms are incomplete evacuation, smelly gas all day, mild burning sensation in the lower abdomen and unformed stool(mushy). I don't have any pain and my endoscopy, colonoscopy, ttg and blood reports,  are normal. I'm H.pylori positive but in endoscopy the symptoms of gastritis are not present, hence the doctor has not given the treatment saying that it's there in 70% of Indians and 14 days course may worsen your symptoms. 1)What is the disease I'm suffering from? 2)Should I get H.pylori treated? Please help I'm suffering a lot.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
