Indigestion followed by loose motion
I am having a indigestion since last one day followed by loose motion .Sir 2 days back i had a very hard day with very less eating and in night i ate too much and from next day i am not able to digest any thing and I am feelin full all the time and having a upper abdominal pain and today loose motion in wattery state also started in the morning and i am still feeling full and have a feeling of not eat with a stomach pain

Hello sir.
Need not to worry.
Its happening because of overeating carbs on a empty stomach which has caused you indigetion.
Consume food that is less in carbs and rich in fibres and proteins.
Start with tab. O2 1----0-----1
Tab.sporoloac 2--2--2
Tab. Esomac 40mg 1--0---0
And take eno powder if you are not able to pass gases.
