Can I trust it ?
Hello I had Trans abdominal ultrasound on 6weeks after my lmp for my irregular cycles reports came out to be normal of ultrasound but got thyroid issue and I'm taking medications for it now. So can transabdominal scan detected pregnancy? Can I trust this ultrasound?

If worried about pregnancy then do beta hcg (blood test)... transvaginal is more sensitive than trans abdominal in case of early pregnancy.... hypothyroidism ..what u are detected with could be the cause of irregular periods

Yes . Transabdominal ultrasound does pick up pregnancy at  6 weeks . But why you have so much of doubt? Wait for  2 weeks,  everything will be clear

No transvaginal scan may not detect pregnancy especially in patients with delayed period Better to go fr a blood test bhcg
