Which type of ultrasound is done in 13 to 14 weeks of pregnancy. Trans abdominal or trans vaginal. Can I go for trans abdominal at 13 weeks of pregnancy. I have fear of tvs scan.

Hello welcome to practo.com,TVS scan is done only in early pregnancy as at that time pregnancy parts not developed.at 13 to 14 weeks ,fetus developed fully so no need of TVS.

Transabdominal. No one will do a TVS at 13 weeks for routine scanning.
