Can i gain weight?
I'm a girl of height 182cm. And I'm 17 now. I am a marfan syndrome patient and have hypothyroidism.. I'm very skinny too... Can i gain weight...pls suggest a way

follow 5-6 small and frequent means with plenty of liquids and fruit juices, include good amount of protein in your diet with sufficient calorie dense food with some jeera ajwain water to increase appetite as well. include multigrain cereals in your diet like use chana flour+ raagi flour +wheat flour instead of simple wheat roti. add green leafy vegetables at least 4 times in a week.

Gud afternoon,pls share in detail your medical test reports.in Order to gain weight in a healthy way,u need to have a high calorie,high protein n high fat containing diet for muscle mass gaining as,well as fiber,all essential vitamins n minerals containing foods should also be added into your diet plan.start doing muscle mass gaining cardio workout as,well as,yoga to gain weight properly.Pls don't loose hope,try to have patience when u r starting with a new routine.

Actually Mrfan syndrome is caused because of problem in your connective tissues in muscles. Eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing some exercises for muscle health. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon,... Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu,... Can help you in that way.
