How can i gain weight
I am girl of 17 years.. I am a marfan syndrome patient also having hypothyroidism( thyronorm 25) mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome and i don't want to take any medicine or treatment. But im very skinny. My height is 182cm and weight is only 52 kg. I've eaten protein powder for 4 months still not a bit changed... How can i gain weight... Can i gain weight?... What is the maximum that i can do to put on weight?
