My mother is an heart patient, thyroid patient and recently diagnosed with tuberculosis so my question is that can she can eat dates, almond's and cashews?

She can have 2dates and 5almonds n 2 cashew...but there are other nuts also wch can help her to get well.

Hi! Yes Your mother can eat dates, almonds and cashews but number matters.The nuts number should not increase than
> 1 or 2 dates in a day
> 5 almonds in a day and
> 3 to 4 cashew in a day
