Can a diabetes,heart patient can eat nut
My mom is an heart, diabetes, thyroid patience and recently diagnosed with tuberculosis. So can my mom can drink milk with walnut's almond's and cashews together?

If medical reports are fine then she can take one walnut and soaked 5almonds. And double toned milk.
