I want to know doctor has recommend 2000 calorie diet(for weight loss),wat does it mean 2000 calorie or 2000 kcal,im confused because on safolla healthy oats ,it's mentioned energy in kcal 152. But obino health app shows only 152 calorie. ,whether to take it as 152 or15200,pls clarify. Thanks

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's 2000kcals and not just 2000 calories. It's a problem that everybody forgets the suffix and mentions it as just calories when it has to be kilocalories. Therefore you take it as 152kcals. Ideally a healthy man requires about 2500kcals a day. To reduce weight you should take less calories than daily requirement and burn more than what you have taken in to reduce weight. Best regards.
