Calf muscle and shin pain
I am jogging since 3 days, My calf muscle and shin is paining badly that I can barely walk. What should I do. Should I continue to jog slowly and gradually, or may I take a rest ? Thank you !

• Calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

This is muscle soreness due yo accumulation of lactic acid. Takd hot packs calf and rub volini gel.Review after 3 days
