I get problems to drink milk. Is their any other options to take calcium other than milk without any side effects?

Hello. Please avoid milk if it’s causing any digestion problems , or if you personally dislike it. You can take curd, buttermilk, almonds , til seeds, flax seeds, green leafy veggies, paneer- these are good alternatives which have significant amount of calcium.

Hi, You didn't mention that, whether you have milk allergy or not. If you have lactose intolerance, then you can have dahi/ yoghurt, chenna or you can have ragi, different leafy vegetables, legumes, soyabean etc. If it is possible for you then you can have Soya milk, tofu etc. The bioavailability of calcium from milk or milk products is more than other foods.
Next Steps
You can consult with me through this practo app for further discussion.
