Milk intake with cornflakes
Can prediabetes patient consume cornflakes with cow's milk?? I'm vit b12 and D deficient with little reduced RBC...thank in advance

Hi, corn flakes are not a ideal source for getting Vitamin B12 and D please try some natural food sources of  vitamins B12 and D. please contact directly through practo
