C section done ,1year ago.after 75 days hematoma formation in scar.size is 2.7*1.65*1.32.one of the Dr say internal stitch break down.i continue 3months crena ncr and antibiotics.now my period is irregular.no.now I face urine infection

Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. He will try to find out if the haematoma is still there and treatment started accordingly.  You should also get your urine examination done to find if you really have urinary tract infection.
