Burning micturition
From past one year I have been having off and on burning micturition. i have taken kidney and urine tests many a times.kidney parameters have been normal. urine examination revealed 2-3 pus cells, absence of any cast or bacteria. but had few RBC and occult blood. ultra sound didn't reveal any thing abnormal. kindly advise. have some pain in back from past 2-4 days but that may or may not be associated with this. i am taking telmesartan 40mg for blood pressure. cholesterol level is near 200. feel some burning in lower portion of feet. sugar is normal.

Try to increase the intake of water...upto 3-4 litres.Start from morning itself with empty stomach.As per ur reports,Nothing much significant Pathology was identified,Better to take plenty of fluids&Water.It would b helpful.If still persistant,Then try to consult any nearby Homeopath.

It could be due to less water intake but do one X ray KUB also as sometimes very small stones esp ureteric stones are not seen in ultrasound. Increase your water intake. Take atleast 12-15 glasses of water daily. You can start with homoeopathic medicine Cantharis 30 -5 pills three times daily for a week. Repeat urine examination after one week and send report.
