Burning in urine
Hello doctor I am feeling burning sensation while passing urine and frequent urination. I don't know what to do.please guide me .

There is UTI which is due to Stone most probably . Easy to deal.  Dnt get tensed.  Connect for antibiotics.  Fever??? Disturbing sleep??? What about ur fluid intake ? I need some more history for perfect prescription.  Start Syrup Alkasol 10 ml po bd with half glass of water twice a day after a meal . Kindly connect for other medication like perfect antibiotics.  Dbt forget without proper antibiotics it won't heal.

Get routine urine examination and urine culture and sensitivity. Seems like Urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of fluids.

Investigations advised for you is Urine complete and microscopic examination of first morning sample. Also FBS, CBC and USG abdomen and pelvis

Hello This is most probably because of Urinary tract infection, also might be renal stone also. Kindly do urine routine examination and take any alkalizer liquid for burning sensation for now Review with reports
