Can disc desiccation defuse disc bulge and posterior annular tear noted at l4 l5 s1 level causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing cured forever and do everything from as before I do...???p

First step...Please visit an orthopedic first start with the medicine along with that start physiotherapy modalities and mild isometric exercise if possible . If this helps then slowly increase the exercise and then visit a sports physio who can program ur routine all this might take 6-7months please have patience... In case if you are advised surgery  by ur orthopedic after the surgery follow the Physiotherapy modalities and then sports Physiotherapy.... Everything is possible if u have the will power to fight all the odds be positive u will meet all good doctor s It's u who is going to heal your body be brave it might take some time but u will be come totally fit...
