Better take a steam inhalation in night . Take 2 glass of water in a bowl, put little bit of Vicks vapour rub in it. And take steam inhalation by covering your head with towel. This will open up your airway. Do this for 1 week in night before sleeping. 2) Otrivin nasal spray - one spray in each nostril to be applied at night before sleep - for 5 days. 3) tab levocetrizine 5mg one tablet at night - for 5 days. Later you can repeat this ,whenever u develop such problems. Your problem could be because of allergic rhinitis or sinusitis. Therefore above management can relieve your symptoms.
