Long standing nose block could be due to polyps , deviation of the nasal septum , turbinates . Otrivin nasal spray is only for short term use for 3-4 days ,as prolonged use causes rebound nasal congestion.Ideally you should consult with a ENT surgeon for clinical examination and further treatment. For non alcoholic fatty liver , which is reversible, continue with diet modification, avoiding fatty foods and alcohol consumption , regular exercise for 30 minutes a day, consumption of plenty of water.
Periodically check out liver enzymes.
Getting one nose block is a normal phenomenon. You realise taking otrivin for 15 days, the drug works on saturation kinetics, i.e. the more you use it, the higher dose is needed to attain similar effect.
You dryness is consequence of using otrivin.
And for the cause of your sleeping problem, there is a list of questions that need be answered.
Also, your location is Guwahati, that implies cool weather and that can cause it. Most likely your life style intervention is needed.
