Nasal congestion can be cleared with steam inhalation and nasal saline drops.
If there is no other issue,it should settle with this.

Hi dear
If it's only nasal congestion and no cough or fever.
It should settle just by steam inhalation and applying Vicks superficially nothing much has to be done but if he has any other complaint then please follow up so i can guide u with further treatment
