Breathing difficulties
Hi, I'm facing breathing difficulties sometimes, all of a sudden I can't breathe it started recently like few months back, initially I used have when I'm on period, later for the past 2times I had same pblm when I'm not on period. Recent one was in the morning I had breakfast and was working, suddenly I couldn't breathe and I struggled for 30mins later I started to listen some music and tried to calm myself down then I was okay, what should I do, I don't understand if it was panic attack or just like suffocation.

Usually any pathology causing breathlessness like asthma,  COPD, pneumonia,  heart failure, airway obstruction etc. doesn't get relieved without medical intervention. So, you struggled for breath for 30 minutes and then spontaneously it resolved. So, this is panic attack obviously. However this is also a very real condition that involves our mind. It manifests through our body which is called somatization. It needs treatment also.
Next Steps
consult psychiatrist and clinical Psychologist.
