Hi As you are in lactation period you should not follow any restricted diet to weight loss rather than you should follow a diet which will promote lactation as well as weight loss .To plan your diet I have to discuss your health condition, medical history and many more things ... To increase your lactation you can increase your fluid intake like ,  soup , coconut water, daal ( thin) etc.
Next Steps
If you are interested to discuss with me please contact through practo .

Hello, Yes, you can but make sure it is not a crash diet that leads to deficiencies which will in turn also harm the baby. Follow a proper healthy and balanced diet.
