Breast pain
Today while exercising i severely hurt my right breast. It's my fault i didn't wear a supportive bra, and i have those really saggy breasts. While i was jumping it bounced so hard, and i felt a sharp burning jolt like pain on my right breast like a ligament got strained or torn. I applied an ice pack in that area for 20 minutes. It is so painful right now and the pain is radiating towards my shoulder. I am very scared. I can't understand what happened.

Please get a sono-mammography done. It could be some internal injury which has led to bleeding in the breast tissue. With the report you should consult with a General Surgeon. In the meantime you should wear a supportive bra. Some painkillers like a combination of Paracetamol and Brufen can be used.
