Breast feeding issue
I have stopped breast feeding for past two days as my baby is 18 months old. My breasts are hardened completely and it pains a lot. I am unable to move my arms properly and it hurts a lot when i don't wear a Bra however no milk discharge yet.

Please consult your Gynaecologist where you had your delivery. They will express the milk from the breast and the breast will become soft. You should also learn how to express the milk out from the breast. You may have to do it repeatedly. They will also teach you how to look after your breasts. If you don't follow their instructions you may get breast abscess.
