Breast feeding
Hi, i am 8 months pregnant and i already have a 2.5 years son who is suffering from cold and cough from 2 months ... not able to breastfeed him as I am not getting milk from 5-6 month of pregnancy... what should i give my son to get benifits like breast milk?

I presume that you're son is on complementary feeds as well. By this age, it should include a near normal adult diet with less salt and spices. All fruits and vegetables to be included in his diet. With regards to breastfeeding, the World Health Organisation recommends to "continue breastfeeding up to the age of two years or beyond". So you may continue breastfeeding as well.

Dear parents, According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia,khicdi alu kela rice,apple,upama,halwa,patolia,rab,kadi idle poha satu custard etc Stop mothers milk &start top milk Withoutwater and add sugar as per your taste.

Breast feeding is recommended maximum till 2 years of age. As your son is already 2.5 yrs. He doesn't require it. You can stop breastfeeding... he can be on other regular diet as per age...
