Well I was also a breast feeding mother, I can understand your concern well.
Everybody used their own way to wean off, but strategy is go gradual, don’t suddenly stop, try to wean off day feeding first, then gradually wean night feeding, meanwhile always communicate your child that soon breast milk will be stopped. Prepare your child for that. This may take 20 days or a month but go gradual.
