My mother had gone to biopsy test and in the report mentioned like positive for malignancy, invasive carcinoma, no special type GRADE II
Could you please tell me is this early stage?
Also what are the treatments involved?

By only biopsy report, can not say what is stage.
For stage , clinical examination and investigations needed.

Your mother has to undergo all other investigation like CT SCAN AND BLOOD TEST and other investigations. Then only we can decide about the treatment.
