Please share the exact symptoms of breast cancer please. I have pain in my left breast and I think left breast looks slightly bigger as well but it's very small difference. I'm scared.

There is always Slight asymmetry between the breast which is natural can be picked up on very careful examination. As for symptoms for breast cancer is painless progressive lump which becomes painful over time Any breast lump might be cancer and needs to be evaluated. U will have to be examined followed by imaging i.e. scan followed by biopsy which together is called triple assessment.
