Better to consult a General Physician in your area who can see you repeatedly and modify treatment as per need. It takes some time initially to set the treatment and at that time you should be able to consult your Physician on short notice.

Hey ....it's fine... don't panique. Some times due to anxiety it may increase.... don't take unnecessary stress. You don't need to start any bp medicine for now ok. Take rest. Everything is fine ok. Do BP charting 3 Times in a day for 5 day's and make a note ok. Reduce your salt intake. Reduce your caffeine intake. Continue your jogging. Stop taking unnecessary stress ok. Everything will be fine. Keep your self hydrated.
Next Steps
consult for better evaluation and treatment.
