Hello doctor I have as you can see anxiety issue
also today I electronically measured BP at hospital
was 160 and 112 you then manually measured
was 140 by 100 is there any problem I am not any
medication but should I do my OCD and anxiety
started by measuring BP when it was 125 by 90
thought its higher side diastolic then started is it
from September 2021. And multiple X measured
by BP e and ECG was normal and it was average
135 by 90 and sometimes 122 by 88
I have been running since 15 years around 2km...since covid it was not regular now since 3month i regularly run...no any shortness of breath or chest pain ...my resting pulse rate in 55 to 60 ..I'm so worried I'm not taking medicine for Bp ...plzzzzz help

Higher side of BP is due to anxiety and stress
Avoid stress do some yoga and proper medication
