Get detailed evaluation for secondary causes for hypertension, later if everything turns out to be normal then you can consider lifestyle modifications and medication but make sure you continue to take your medication till then.

Your bp is in normal range. Bp is not same always, it varies within the normal range, so need not worry. Hypertension medicine should be taken life long to maintain normal range of bp. If you discontinue, bp will rise again. Continue the same treatment.
Next Steps
consult for any query
Health Tips

If you have hypertension at this young age you need to evaluate further to know whether it has some particular cause or not. Mercury Machines when calibrated time to time is always best possible thing but needs expert to use it. However present day , digital machine made by standard brands like omron etc. is equally good. But if any confusion always take advice of a professional regarding BP recordings. Tazloc CT is a good medicine. Don't ever stop your BP medicine unless told by any doctor (not pharmacist or wise neighbors or any other paramedical person).
Next Steps
consult general physician for further evaluation
