BP reading of 95 mm Hg upper reading is not bad. You will have no symptoms if you take rest If you have to work then the best treatment will be to take lime juice or butter milk with a little salt. You should drink 3-4 glasses in one hour. If you are not vomiting then IV Fluids are not mandatory. We can manage with oral Fluids.

If it’s systolic BP then measure it again, and have plenty of fruit juice and water, consulting can help me know further assessment.

Your BP looks good All you have to do is have plenty of oral fluids Having a drink with salt like lemon juice with some salt or rice water with salt or buttermilk with salt helps to elevate your BP Have lots of fruits and drink 2-3 litres of water per day to stay hydrated and energetic
Health Tips
having coffee when feeling exhausted is common but caffeine in coffee is a diuretic i.e produces more urine hence excess coffee can decrease your body fluid levels and inturn may increase your fatigue due to dehydration
