Bp gets high when i step outside
When I have to travel somewhere I am not able to control my blood pressure and anxiety. At home Bp okay but at doctor my BP has been high. Sometimes I have missed the hypertensive crisis by just 10 to 20 mm.. Doctor has advised me to take losartab and not worry about it..Now before going anywhere I am taking both look losartan and paxidep To manage BP and anxiety. What else should I do

Please consult with your General Physician regarding the method you take Antihypertensive medicines. It is not your style of treatment that when you want to go anywhere you take Losartan and Pexidep before that. It is to be taken continuously (365 days in a year) . No holidays.
