Hi Unaccustomed strength training/exercise for upper limb usually results in muscle soreness in early days of your training. Jogging alone usually not associated with isolated biceps pain per se. Ice packs 3-4 times/day for 10-12 minutes over sore muscles usually help in initial 48-72 hours, along with analgesic medication if pain not relieving with above. Take rest from upper limb strength training till pain and stiffness is there. Gentle stretching would help. Adequate hydration is must this time and in future also along with adequate diet to match efforts you mentioned as excessive. Proper warmup before starting fitness activity and cool down in form of stretching would be beneficial in future.
Next Steps
If pain and soreness is persistent, consult sports medicine physician or good physiotherapist. Before starting new fitness program have consultation with sports and exercise medicine physician for injury free activities.

Hi, Jogging doesn't directly affect your biceps. Please recollect if you've done any particular activity(lifting, throwing, etc). Use ice cubes/ice pack 3-4times a day(10min each time) for 3 days & rest the upper body for 3 days. If it doesn't subside you can consult a skilled PT or an Orthopedist for an elaborate assessment.
Next Steps
Orthopedist or PT Consultation (if really needed).

You should give ice packs for 10- 15 minutes every three hours for two days. You can apply volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. If the pain persist or aggrevates you should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Your body is weak, if not there wont be any pains in biceps just for jogging. Take calcium rich diet, multivitamims food and light exercises for a week at first is recommended. visit nearby physiotherapy clinic or general physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
