I have pain in my left arm for over four months. I just felt that I'm unable to stretch left arm or its paining if I am trying to change dress or handle back hook of my clothings. It is increasing gradually but slowly. Now I can't raise my left arm up or pick things up from ground. It pains when I try to do any such activities involving the left arm. Normally there is no severe pain. If I sleep on that arm I feel uneasy and my shoulder and neck also start paining after I get up. Today pain is more at shoulder. I do not work but mostly remain on bed and carry mobile (vivo Y53?) in left hand.
I had little pain earlier in both knees (legs) more than 10 years back.
It was for long time. I took no treatment. There is no pain in legs but I can't sit and get up on floor like normal people like earlier.
I also have diabetes and thyroid for which I am taking medicine.
I have taken first dose of covishield 3 months back. I have to take second dose of vaccine soon. Please advise.

Your history is suggestive of a poor lifestyle lacking any physical exercise. You may be engaging into a lot of activity at home considering it as exercise but there is a difference between physical activity and physical exercise.
Also as you have a history of diabetes it could possibly be a case of beginning of periarthritis shoulder
Leg pain is not related to shoulder pain However it could be because of lack of flexibility in the lower body which may be making it difficult to sustain prolonged postures such as prolonged standing/sitting.
Also as we age there is a loss of muscle mass called as scopenia which may be adding to your symptoms.

Shoulder should be your priority as with poor mobility , and pain your shoulder may become progressively weak and prone to other issues.

don't avoid movement just because it's painful. sometimes movement is what's required to improve the nutrition to the joint.
Yes frozen shoulder as mentioned earlier is very much likely due to diabetes, age.
Hand behind back and reaching outwards if painful sounds to be the chief issues.
You need physiotherapy that consists of mobilization, exercises and electrotherapy and home exercises. As suggested earlier regular walking would also be good for diabetes and deconditioning.
