Right shoulder and arm pain
I have pain in right shoulder, arm and back from last 20 days. I have applied volini gel but there is no relief. There is a constant pain in arm and shoulder. What should I do ?

Hi it might be impingement syndrome or cuff problem. Consult shoulder surgeon.

Take hot fomentation, avoid weight lifting or arm under position. And visit to ur  physiotherapist.

It may be due to muscle strain which is causing pain. If there is radiating pain along with numbness and tingling sensation there might be nerve impingement. Get checked with orthopaedic doctor or physiotherapist to find out the medical diagnosis.
Next Steps
Your physiotherapist will work on to reduce your pain and spasm if present and design appropriate set of exercises to prevent relapse. For long term management maintenance of correct and active posture is required. Your physiotherapist will guide you for this.
