Hi, it may be bursa over tendo Achilles, or tendinopathy. You need further evaluation. Get an standing x rays of ankle to rule any problem with ankle or sub talar joint. Consult orthopaedic doctor

Use ice pack on heel to reduce swelling. Also raise ur legs up with pillow under legs while sleeping. Also use crape bandage. Start movement of toes thrice a day. Wear comfortable and flat heel shoes. Also get done complete examination like X-ray. Visit to the Physiotherapist near by.
