Bp is normal.
At 25 you don't need to worry about hypertension, unless you have a family history. ( mother /father with young onset hypertension)
Low salt diet.
Low saturated fat diet.
Keep bmi below 23.
Increased aerobic exercise.
Stress relaxation: yoga /breathing and Anger management.
Next Steps
BP is checked in a quiet dark room, when patient is completely at rest, and no exercise/ alcohol/tea/coffee intake in last 30 mins, sitting on chair with legs resting on the floor, back well supported, and machine at the level of the heart.
single readings do not make you hypertensive.
Do not induce anxiety and shoot up your blood pressure. ✌

Thats Normal...
Dont worry, if you have anxiety or any other symptoms you need consultation, if you asked just to check if your B.P. is normal, then remember that normal systolic range is 100-140 mmhg while dystolic range is 60-100 mmhg
Don't worry!!! But keep a regular watch of Ur BP!!! While measuring BP u need to maintain the protocol ... atleast rest for 10 mins before measuring BP!!!
Don't have extra salt in Ur diet and try to do daily exercise and include green vegetables and fibre in Ur diet it may reduce Ur BP by 5 to 6mm of hg!!!
Next Steps
if Ur parents are hypertensive ...keep a regular watch on Ur BP without worrying about it!!!
