No need for tablets. Do some exercise everyday. Go for an outdoor brisk walk / jog for 20 minutes in the morning and evening to stay healthy.

No it's not high pressure. Normal pressure ranges  approx 110/70 mmHg but if you check it from digital machine it can measures approximately +/- 10mmhg. So for better estimation get it manually checked
