137/96 is bit high for your age of 20 years Single reading of BP is not enough to conclude that you are hypertensive You need to measure your BP readings twice daily morning and evening for few days Make sure you will record bp using upper arm digital bp apparatus, relaxed , sitting straight with keeping your legs uncrossed. If it reads more than 135/85 on different days hypertension is confirmed
Next Steps
At this stage you don't need any specific medicine you can reduce salt intake change your life style and diet habits avoid smoking Reduce alcohol intake consume fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week if bp remains high after 2 months of diet , exercise you may need medicine

Its normal leaning towards higher side. You don't medication either as of now... But it's not confirmed that is it always like this or it reaches 150 at times. Dietary approach would work fine if its almost always like this but I'd like to know a few more details before i can say with full confidence that you don't need medication
